Getting Started

How do I record my first voice memo?▼

When you log into Memo2Post, click "Create New Content" and hit the record button. Speak naturally for up to 15 minutes about your business, insights, or recent wins. You can pause and resume recording as needed.

What should I talk about in my voice memo?▼

Talk about anything related to your business. Share recent wins, lessons learned, insights about your industry, advice you would give to clients, or timely observations. The more specific and personal, the better the generated content.

Can I edit my voice memo after recording?▼

You cannot edit the audio itself, but you can re-record if you make mistakes. The generated content can be edited fully before publishing.

Content & Generation

How long does it take to generate content?▼

Content generation typically takes 2-5 minutes after you finish recording. You will get a notification when your content is ready to review.

Can I edit the generated content?▼

Yes, completely. You can edit the title, text, and everything else before publishing. Think of the generated content as a first draft that you can customize.

What if I do not like the generated content?▼

You can regenerate from the same voice memo with different settings, or you can delete it and try recording a new memo. All regenerations are included in your plan.

Does the generated content sound like me?▼

Yes, because it is based on your actual voice and words. We extract key themes and phrases from your memo and generate content that maintains your unique voice and perspective.

Integrations

How do I connect WordPress to Memo2Post?▼

See our WordPress Setup Guide in the Help section. It walks you through creating an application password and connecting your WordPress site in about 5 minutes.

How do I connect Mailchimp?▼

See our Mailchimp Setup Guide. You will need your API key and List ID, which you can find in your Mailchimp account settings.

Can I publish to multiple platforms at once?▼

Yes. When reviewing content, you can select which platforms to publish to. Linkedin posts, blog posts, and newsletter editions can all be published from the same voice memo.

What happens if a platform integration fails?▼

You will get an error message explaining what went wrong. Usually it is incorrect credentials. Double-check your API keys or application passwords and try again.

Privacy & Security

Is my voice data safe?▼

Yes. Your voice recordings are encrypted in transit and at rest. They are never shared with third parties, only used to generate your content. You can delete them anytime.

Who can access my account?▼

Only you. Memo2Post does not access your integrations without authorization. You control what permissions each integration has.

Do you sell my data?▼

No, never. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or voice recordings. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Is my content private?▼

Yes. Your voice memos and generated content are private until you choose to publish. Published content goes to your own platforms (Linkedin, blog, etc.), not to Memo2Post.

Billing & Cancellation

Can I change my plan anytime?▼

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade through your account settings. Changes take effect immediately.

What if I do not use all my voice memos?▼

There is no penalty. Unused memos do not roll over, but you can record whenever you want during your billing period.

Can I cancel anytime?▼

Yes. Cancel anytime through your account settings. Your access ends immediately but previously generated content remains accessible.

Do you offer refunds?▼

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days and we will refund you completely.

Account & Support

How do I reset my password?▼

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions. You will receive an email with a reset link.

How do I contact support?▼

Can I have multiple users on one account?▼

Currently, each account is for one user. If you need team access, contact support to discuss options.

What languages do you support?▼

Currently we support English. Memo2Post works best when you record in English.
